Founded by James Bingham, Haven Ridge Renovations is built on more than a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Since 2013, James has worked across all areas of remodeling, from kitchen and bathroom upgrades to flooring, drywall, and custom carpentry.
Our mission is simple: to create spaces that feel like home. Relaxed, refined, and reliable.

James combines craftsmanship with clear communication and a steady, detail-driven approach. As a licensed and insured contractor, and a devoted husband and father, he treats every project with the same care he’d want for his own home: safe, durable, and beautifully finished. James believes homeowners deserve straight answers, clean job sites, and work that’s done right the first time. Haven Ridge is a locally owned, family-operated business proudly rooted in Greater Orlando, and James leads with integrity you can trust. When he isn’t on a job, you’ll usually find him spending time with his family and recharging for the next project.
